What is a BevBuckle?

It’s the world’s first retractable belt buckle that holds your drink, giving your hands the freedom to play the most epic game of ping pong, dance away at the next concert with backup drinks in tow, or whatever else you have in mind.

How big are the buckles?

4.5 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall x 1 inch deep when closed. The center ring that holds your beverage is about 2.7 inches wide and holds most standard sized bottles or cans.

What are BevBuckles made of?

Each buckle is made of zinc alloy and are completely lead free!

Where are BevBuckles made?

BevBuckles are handcrafted in America.

Is a belt included with my purchase?

Nope, sorry! The BevBuckle is the actual buckle you put on your belt.

What size belt does the BevBuckle fit on?

BevBuckles fit any 1 ½-inch belt.

How do I wear my BevBuckle?

You can wear your BevBuckle with a buckle-less belt or with a belt that has a buckle.

Can I get my own buckle design?

We do accept custom orders! We love hearing what our BevFans have in mind! To create a custom BevBuckle, we develop a unique casting mold specific to your design. A one-time set up fee of $350 and a minimum order of 500 BevBuckles is required.

How do I carry BevBuckles in my store?

We’re thrilled you’re interested in carrying BevBuckles! When you become a BevPartner, you’ll have access to point of purchase display materials – hanger boxes, display stands, etc. For more information on wholesale pricing, contact us at sales@bevbuckle.com.

Managing Your Order

Can I place my order over the phone?

We encourage you to place your order through our website.

Can I only buy BevBuckles online?

That is correct, currently buckles are available online only.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept the usual major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Where can I find my order number?

We send your order confirmation to the email address you provided. This email includes your order and receipt number.

Tracking & Shipping

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, your tracking details via USPS will be emailed to the email address you provided when ordering.

Where do you ship to?
We accept orders and ship within the United States free of charge. We also ship internationally with shipping fees.  

Is there an overnight shipping option?
Sorry! This is not available. 

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

Yes, to those addresses that are eligible for package delivery via the US Postal Service.

What about Customs or VAT?

International customs agencies have clear rules regarding tax and customs for goods sent from abroad. We do not implement these fees. Any additional import and handling fees charged by Border Services are your responsibility upon delivery.

How long does it take to get my BevBuckle?

Orders are shipped first class within 2-3 business. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. We don’t process shipping on weekends or holidays.

Tracking says my package was delivered but it’s not here. What do I do?

We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked “Delivered” by USPS. It is your responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim. We do not process refunds or replace lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Refunds

Does my BevBuckle come with a warranty?

If you find an issue with your BevBuckle, please send a photo to sales@bevbuckle.com or direct message us on Facebook within 30 days of the receipt and we’d be happy to replace it!

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns that are in new condition, unaltered, have not been worn, and free of any damages.

Be sure to include your name and order number in the original packaging.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your returned BevBuckle, our Quality Assurance team checks it over. Refunds will appear within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
